Treat your feet !

Hey guys!
So like everyone else I love Pinterest. I found a great new way to soak my feet to keep them soft as a babies bottom ! Read on for more.

What You’ll need:
1. Whatever you soak your feet in
(I use the ConAir Foot Spa with vibration & heat)
2. Apple cider Vinegar (Best for very soft feet but you can use white Vinegar too, I have.)
3. Hydrogen Peroxide

So how can this benefit you?
Hydrogen peroxide is the only germicidal agent composed only of water and oxygen. Like ozone, it kills disease organisms by oxidation! Hydrogen peroxide is considered the worlds safest all natural effective sanitizer. It kills microorganisms by oxidizing them, which can be best described as a controlled burning process. When Hydrogen peroxide reacts with organic material it breaks down into oxygen and water.

. Vinegar has long been a standard solution for many aches, pains and problems. When it comes to your feet, vinegar has been known to help end problems with fungus, foot odor, athlete’s foot and more. The acidic properties of vinegar can even help with softening your feet and soothing dry skin or cracked heels.

Additional things I add to Soak my feet

-I always add some Epsom Salt (Lavender scented) to my foat bath just for relaxation plus it smells awesome !

– I wanted to show you guys the Listerine because if you’re not comfortable with using vinegar to soak your feet you can use that ! Or you can use both together !

Why Listerine?
.Listerine contains Thymol, an ingredient that does kill some bacteria and fungi. Although the concentration is lower in this than in some prescription products, it probably does “kill germs.”

What did you guys think of this ? Did you find it helpful? Do you have your own DIY foat soak routine ? seriously I LOVE hearing from you so any comments, advice, tips etc are appreciated 😊💕
